We loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location right next to the beautiful lake was absolutely stunning. Our spacious and elegant apartment room had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette and a relaxing sitting area. The hotel staff provided excellent service, making sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The amenities such as the spa and wellness center, sauna, and swimming pool were fantastic, allowing us to unwind and relax after a day of exploring.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything was realy good. The staff was nice, the accomodation is fantastic, all the roons have view to the lake and it is not in the city centre but it is close enough to enjoy the landscape and the turistic points. The breakfast is good, they bring it to the room every morning. You choose what you want one day before. I dont have any complain about that. There are some people complaning, but that service is nice, because you dont need to get up, and leave the room early to have breakfast. You can have it anytime you want.

Fabulous base for city break in San Carlos de Bariloche. Great hotel. We really enjoyed the room.

the view from our window was incredible and the restaurant next door served the best empanadas and rib eye we've ever tasted in Argentina. It was very easy to get to the city centre by public transport, which was a huge plus. the room was very spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and an amazing bathroom. the facilities, such as the hot tub and heated pool, were fantastic and we had a great time using them.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing compared to what we expected, it lacked variety and was quite average.

We stayed in a loft - it offered a great bed upstairs, jacuzzi with lake view and the leaving area was nice. There was also 2 small balcony. All in all great stay.
the 3rd bed was under the stairs and you should be too big. Unfortunately like most of the hotels in Bariloche, they have a quite busy road passing in front between the hotel and the lake. It was warm and if you opened the window during the night, you could hear the traffic! An employee at the reception didn't manage to give recommendations for restaurants near by.

Amazing views and helpful staff. the hotel amenities were fantastic and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was a restaurant nearby which was very convenient. the hotel also offered a bus service into the city center, making it easy to explore the area.
The hotel was a bit further away from the city center than we anticipated, and the walk was not very pleasant as there were no sidewalks. the breakfast was lacking in variety, and there were no hot food options available.

The only positive point was that the rooms were spacious
Reception was dreadful. A hole in the wall rather than an open area. Unfriendly, dis-interested and closed early on Christmas eve so we could not access the area or facilities. Really hopeless. Far too expensive for a very poor service, The place is meant to be 4 star but was more like a two star.

The view from our room was amazing, we were surrounded by nature and had a glimpse of the lake. The hotel had a nice swimming pool and hot tub. Also, the staff was very helpful and answered all our questions.
The location was quite far from the city center and there wasn't much to do nearby. We had to take a taxi every time we wanted to go somewhere, which was a bit of a hassle. Also, the room decor was not to our taste, it felt a bit outdated.

.Good value, somewhat disturbing as the hotel is being renovated, some confusion about the name since the new ownership !
No inside access to the spa/pool/reception from the room building, one has to walk outside. Pool in disrepair.
